Staff support hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
For assistance with any CSCU-provided IT service, visit the Services Portal. The Services Portal will contain all of your incidents, cases, and requests for IT in a single location. The self-service capabilities in the Services Portal includes an expanded knowledge base for self-help and the ability to request assistance by selecting from a list of available services.
