The CSCU System Office IT Support Center is the single point of contact for assistance (incidents, problems, questions, etc.) with any CSCU-provided IT service (e.g. Email, WAN, Internet, Blackboard, Banner, Client Security, websites, etc.). 


Students and Faculty

Student and faculty support hours are 24/7, 365 days a year.

For assistance with a covered service (Blackboard, myCommNet, Banner Self Service, Office 365, NetID, Wireless, Library) visit us at the CCC Online Help Desk to chat or create a case or by phone (860.723.0221).


Staff support hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

For assistance with any CSCU-provided IT service, visit the Service Portal. The Service Portal will contain all of your incidents, cases, and requests for IT in a single location. The self-service capabilities in the Service Portal includes an expanded knowledge base for self-help and the ability to request assistance by selecting from a list of available services.
