If you receive an email asking to provide personal information or ask to click a link to perform a task (i.e. recover a password or reset an account, etc.) - first check the list below to see if it's been reported by others and has already been confirmed to be fake.
> If it is listed and you haven't performed any action, use the Report Message feature in Outlook to report that it was found in your inbox.
> No action is needed if it was found in your junk folder, that is the proper place for junk/spam/phish.
However, if you provided information/clicked a link or the email you received does not appear in the list below, please open a ticket in the Service Portal: https://cscu.service-now.com/sp/ so we can investigate.
