Errors that may appear when using the Reset Forgotten Password via Email utility:

No Security Email Address on File for this NetID

This means you have not previously provided a Security Email Address, or you have typed an incorrect NetID.  Please make sure you are typing your correct NetID, or contact your college for help with Password Reset.

Please Use Valid NetID Format

This means you are not entering a valid NetID format.  Please make sure you are entering your NetID in the correct format, or contact your college for help.

Invalid or Expired Authorization

This means too much time has passed since your request and the link you received in email is no longer valid.  Please submit another request using the Reset Forgotten Password via Email utility, or contact your college for help.
